Thats true...the moment she saw chuck in e1 she realized that he was just a normal guy and no operative and fell for him (she says that in s3) ..she had to maintain her sweet girl cover untill she found out the full truth about why bryce send him the email when she finds out he was just another victim she befriends him at the end of e1, because he was unlike all other ppl she met on missions it still took time for her to completely open up to him because of that whole work romance relationship that he was an asset and etc etc
The creators claimed that they had learned not to put people in between Chuck and Sarah and yet come end season five they seem to have forgotten that. 😢 😡
