Our game is fine, but the stream labs captures laggy footage even though it's smooth when we play the game. Must be because of our internet because it barely gets over 2.65. WAY lower than 200.

Thats Mega bits (Mb), Mega Bytes is MB. 1MB is 8Mb and thats not the same...
People constantly get bits and bytes messed up and its pretty annoying.

If your internet is good then it’s your hardware. If it’s not your hardware then it’s your ISP

Hi so my download speed on the speed test is 14.82. So that means the WiFi speed is very poor quality? I assume that’s a big reason for my laggy streams.
My download is 729 and my upload is 36.84…. My gameplay gets laggy when I stream to the point I can’t play the game…. So upsetting.

For some reason my 3060 ti will be around 70% usage while streaming then jumps to 95% and my stream starts lagging, the game itself doesn’t though.
it depends on the cpu you have it could cause bottleneck . which is bad , 3060 doesnt mean anything unless you have a good cpu and also a motherboard that can handle that cpu

As others have stated, Mbps is not megabytes per second. Hate to say it but a lot of credibility is lost as soon as you mistake a bit for a byte.
