Update:
Unfortunately I have sadly cancelled and timed out my support request due to the Support attempting to try and change it into a gear refund. 1) Gears can be obtained through the use of HD Admin and copying them from the studio workspace while play testing, then pasting it when ending the playtest (used by many game developers and doesn’t break TOS). 2) This went off-topic along with me giving enough evidence for them to properly patch RegionModules and get Azure Periastron fixed. I pretty much have no hope for Support fixing this anymore, and we will have to wait and see if it remains broken or gets fixed.

Well this gear will be fixed soon as Roblox might plan to finally fix gears!

Actually Roblox intentionally broke it because the counterattack algorithm had a crash glitch.
