    maybe because not all of them are great! I only use Chat GPT as a thinking buddy, a couple more for writing texts, and of course Lemon AI for digital marketing

    I really only use them(namely Chat GPT) to generate strings of code or Excel/GSheet formulas when I can’t be bothered to bodge something together.

    I haven't found any that work for me. My struggle with longer from writing if forming my ideas and information into something cohesive. My ideal would simulate being able to talk someone, them asking questions and writing what I needed written with out adding random information.

    I use Chat GPT to create my description so that it aligns with my SEO. I also use Photoshop’s generative tool to help alter certain thumbnail elements. As someone with ADHD, I have a difficult using whats generated. Great content!!

    I think you've summed up my position well, I often feel a bit backwards when I say I've never used chatgpt/ other generative AI bit I just can't see any part of my work or life where it would be worth the effort, at least for now

    I'm in a comparable position actually. I'm a PhD student in AI and I rarely use tools like ChatGPT. The only aspect where it's really useful to me is when I'm looking for alternative titles for a paper.

    Also I would add - I don't think it makes sense to try to force yourself to use an AI tools. In my view, the best thing you can do is inform yourself of what tools currently exist - and then wait until the moment where you find yourself in need of one of these tools. Then you go out and start using it.

    Would like an overview of your workflow and ai tool use. So far its been like what you said for me as well. I've put hours into trying tools, yet none make it for long.

    I enjoy using chatGPT - a lot. I like to promt it with an idea and get it to flesh it out, or to give it instructions for a function and have it write it out.
    I also, like you, enjoy "having conversations I wouldn't have otherwise" with it. Sometimes it's nice to be able to ask a stupid question and have a conversation about it.
    I haven't really been able to integrate any other "ai tools" though.

    Machine learning systems are too general for most things I’m interested in. It has generated a few mildly interesting new to me ideas, but I would have gotten more from talking to a person with specialist knowledge.

    Yes yes yes, please! I want to see how you use AI in your workflow, because I am trying to fit it into my routines - I HATE writing lesson plans even though I need them: I benefit from making the ideas I'm trying to instill in my students more explicit and directed. I tend to ramble a lot, so I find GPT can be really helpful with helping me trim things down or at least to identify the main themes I'm kind of circling with my thoughts. I just don't have the working memory necessary to hold onto different standards, objectives, and skills while trying to brainstorm an activity that aligns with the instruction I'm planning to deliver.
    On the other hand, sometimes I can't find the right prompts and it ends up taking me twice as long to get where I'm trying to go as if I'd simply done it myself, but I can't see that happening until it's too late.

    Don't use them at all. Just want to keep up with what's out there.

    If you can observe a person's movements, how easy is it to write an AI program to predict their future movements?

    • @dimimen

      ?

    • @ajbp95
      @ajbp95 11 месяцев назад +1

      Probably extremely hard.

    • @eliontheinternet3298
      @eliontheinternet3298 11 месяцев назад +1

      I think it would depend on how specific you want to be, and what kind of movement it is? For example, it’s probably easier to predict where a human will place their foot next when walking, than to predict a human’s next dance move to a song that’s not choreographed.

    • @SamAlderDesign
      @SamAlderDesign 11 месяцев назад +1

      The answer depends on how much the persons movements resemble those of every person included in your training data. Also, this question is creepy and makes me question your motives.
