nice to see summit's preparing for a post-retirement career. a lot of people struggle to find things to do when they finally call it a career. and nothing is more perfect a choice than the exhilarating, high-speed, intense, pedal-to-the-metal american sport of lawn mowing.

I like how he drives respectfully and understand concepts like "race your own race" and being careful on cold tires etc. He has a massive following and will be a great influence for anyone getting into the simracing scene
he doesnt understand cold tires tho lol. he spins out a lot because he doesnt take time to warm them up and then says he will get better by learning with cold lol. he is stubborn because he has so much different advice coming in from chat he doesnt know whats good or not. annoying but i love sum
I would like to see him come race with some of our boys. We have 3 oval series and a Pro Late Model Series that’s live on the front page of iRacing every Thursday night at 9 PM EST
He doesn't really understand "race your own race", pretty much all yesterday in the Ferrari he was complaining about the top split having people that are much faster then him and how it's dumb the races are open to anybody.
Summit you’re doing a lot of lifting mid corner and right after turn in. Most of the time you’re off track on exit is from that, try partially lifting and adding a little left foot braking instead. It will keep your car balanced, bleed off speed mid corner, and help you turn in. Love seeing you Iracing

don't focus on your finishing position. focus on your irating and finishing races with no contact or infractions and you'll get out of rookie easily.

when youve got wheels with alcantera i highly recommend it, because if you use your sim rig a lot the wheel's materials will degrade like any other steering wheel due to oils and wear. the gloves help keep the wheel clean, because once youve got oil trapped in the leather/alcantera it's game over man!!

Sim racing is awesome and is an addiction when it comes to upgrading hardware. Started out with a cheap Thrustmaster wheel and ended up with a full rig with a direct drive wheel, Heusinkveld pedals, triple screens and all 😂. I’m sure motion is next.

He's improving. He just needs to learn to use the whole track. He isn't carrying speed very well.
Also is scared to use brakes going into turns. Have to break that habit for faster vehicles or he will be burning through tires, and like you mentioned, won't carry speed well.
@@austin04miller yeah T1 woes are definitely from lack of trail braking. He will get it for sure.

I don't like how these top 2 guys come to summits race just to flex their skills because he is streaming, go race your own level of drivers. Smurfing for clout.
I dunno if they were smurfing tbh, if this was top split, they could be the highest rated drivers on iracing and still get in the same race

@@Screm He could have done that without participating in the race an basically stealing 1st an 2nd from less experienced drivers tho.
@@NaturallyGreasy They werent smurfing. They may have joined cause of summit but summit was racing top split. Dont say 100% on something if you dont play the game. They were on their mains. Them deciding to race the MX-5 Series is allowed and totally okay.
