Knew exactly what that was for, TOY! After that one, then one for jumping, then noticed some other toys throughout the rest of the poles for jumping. The horse should be rewarded, this was not a fail, but his schooling and doing this was and is used in training, and to develop the horse. The horse passed, and the rider failed. This horse is smart, able to discern between differing levels of training, and is an excellent candidate for cross country. Most all of the clips in this video, show not fails of horse, but fails of riders, and those of the people placing them on the riders on the level of horse selected to ride upon. Examples, beginning level rider on begining level horse, over more advanced jumps, awarding spurs prior to earning them, inappropriate usage or misfit of communication aids, etc. This series of clips should be retitled failure and falls of riders and their trainers.
@@donnagoring250 Yes most horse fails are the fault of the human and not the horse but what does that have to do with my comment? I’m confused. The horse was having fun with the pool floaty and yeah it was probably rewarding for him being able to freely play like that.
@@Bianka_Taylor Nothing. It was a summation of the whole viewing of the video. If the horse is in schooling with other jumps, the rider should que the horse if in liberty, or in school. The toys were mixed in with jumps, and bodes well for rider (and horse), how to proceed. The horse, with your que, should ignore toy, proceed over toy, play with toy. Place rider off or on horse, with mixed toys and jumps, without ques, is setting horse up for failure. As schooling becomes advanced, decisions are made, and this requires horse to ignore previous placed ques over same type item. It is up to the rider to make this a success, not a one off, under the video of horse fails. Otherwise, the horse will make decision for you, as horse proceeds, on, as was demonstrated under this video.
The girl on the white horse with the black body warmer and white clothes is a really good equestrian! She had so much control eventhough her horse was like: nahhh not gonna do that
Do you mean at 00:50 ? The white horse with a black 'cap' on his head? She seemed like a very good rider, but I wondered why the horse behaved like that?! It could be a one-off or it could be that that horse just doesn't like jumping. If it's the second, then they should stop forcing it. Edit: even if it's a one-off, considering the number of times the horse refused, she should have just stopped. In the end she fell.
Some of the horses buck because the riders press the spurs in their sides for a long time. If I were such a horse I would do the same. Some riders doesn't sit well and fell into the horses back.
Oh dude, it also bothers me how so many of them keep holding the reins as they are falling. First thing you learn is to drop the reins when you fall, otherwise you can seriously hurt both yourself and the horse.

Just so you guys know. God made horses knowing that they will be used to pull and be a source of transport, so if He knew that, He made them strong and stuff so that they can take on anything and everything.
