Someone who has seen the boys grow from 5 years ago playing Brandees and the Nog 3 times a week to get the brand out there, they are reaping everything they feckin deserve. To all you doubters, they will be Canada's biggest band in 2 years. JEmmons and Bremmons keep that shit up. I always believed.

Hello Canada....We lose our arguably the best band in the world...The Hip....We are honored that the Glorious Sons are stepping right into their shoes ....We are so lucky that we have such a fountain of talent in this country that maintain the Canadian standard of music. You guys are awesome and you come from the same place, Kingston seems like the new HUB for Canadian talent in the past, the present and the future. This Glorious Sons music seems to come from the heart and represent Canada's music extremely well. Congrats fellas on the new found success. Now all you need to do is top SOS...which is a song just exactly like "New Orleans is sinking" which propelled the Hip to stardom, at least in Canada.
Believe it or not there are some Americans that have Tragically not heard the Hips music. A little play on words there...lol. I am thinking with the popularity of the internet, that this will not be a problem for you. "The Hip" started before the internet was so popular and they were Canada's band.
