You didn't install the front fascia support brackets on each side. They bolt the bumper cover to the top of the fenders.

@@evilgenius3646 unfortunately, I did not make a video of the installation, but they are attached to the bumper is very easy, just insert into the grooves and latches and then attach the two aluminum rivets
