Olm definitely seems powerful at first for a tier 2, but I think the fact that it can only target one unit, and that unit isn't even guaranteed to have enough health for its "super spooked" to make a difference ultimately holds it back. But the meta could develop in a way that makes it absolutely busted. Who knows?

I think generally you don't see units proliferate to such a degree if they're not intrinsically good.

Question about panther w caramel perk. Does it multiply only its own perk snipe or the effect of the combined caramels?
I don't think it used to work at all but it was patched so now I think it does multiply. I haven't tried it though.
