Thank you for filming the actual process! Everyone else just talks about it but I want to actually visualize the process.
Seems like there are a lot of people walking behind you. If you do this market again maybe consider setting up your tables where things can catch people's eye from both directions. Just a thought. Your stuff is so cute.

Is that your actual CASH BOX under what looks like an Ipad type set up?
IF IT IS can I offer a small suggestion? I realize you are not alone and someone is with you however it's always better to be prepared for the unexpected than to have to make adjustments after the fact. Hope that made sense, be PROactive as opposed to REactive. I took my cash box and drilled a 1/2" hole through the bottom, I then drilled a hole through my table so I could attach the cash box to my actual table. I lined up the holes and put a bolt through the holes securing my cash box to the table. The nut was INSIDE my cash box. After the event you can unbolt your box and store the bolt inside the box for the next event.
This makes it much much harder for someone to walk up behind me and attempt to grab and run with my cash box as they would be pulling a large table along with them. We all think someone won't happen to us until it does and it's usually something that could have so easily been prevented.
I will say I do massive hot air balloon festivals that are 3-4 day events and either start when it's dark or go well into the evenings when it's also dark. over the event we are usually there for 32-34 hours. It got to the point I needed two card readers because I was loosing sales not being able to check people out fast enough. Which also resulted in some items being just stolen. Thankfully not may! I did end up taking it one step further and chained my checkout TABLE to my tent. So IF someone went to run off they would be dragging a table as well as attempting to pull down an entire tent that was staked and weighted! By that time they were getting hit with the taser! Other than a few people who tried to play the oh I paid with a twenty and it wasn't I had no other issues with cash. At balloon festivals there is always drinking and with that comes stupidity. (I'm not against drinking just acting stupid in public) !!
I worked in a grocery store for many years and have seen more theft than I would like, it always hits harder if it's something we as small business owners suffer!

Hot days do seem to be keeping shoppers away but every market is an experience for next time. Your set up looks great and love that you showed the whole market and what your day was like. All the best for your next market
