Cheaper weaves and add-ons are low grade plastic or nylon, neither of which stand much heat at all... SO that's one way it happens... Organic Hair is formed of protein chains. (So are fingernails, most animal claws and hooves, and some horns like those on a rhino)... Many popular hair treatments involve chemicals that can denature proteins, which breaks the protein chains in the hair down... You have to be very careful to thoroughly rinse out said chemicals and dry the hair, allowing for time to air and be rid of residuals... Partially denatured, hair gets terribly weak... AND heat will destroy it... The outermost layer of hair, is also coated in a thin layer of oil. All those gurus who warn against washing hair too often or with too strong a soap are onto something, provided you're actually concerned with healthy hair. The oil layer acts to protect the inner protein chains and keep the hair strong, so even a particularly aggressive grade of soap can contribute to burn-through and breakage... You can check your hair by running your fingers through it... If it seems unusually sticky, it may be well advised to resume rinsing... or avoid overt aggression with heat... Long as we're here on the subject, it's worth note that instead of a degreasing agent, or to make up for it in a pinch, regular shampoo is a reasonably cheap alternative for most common grease smudges on cloth, since the shampoo is formulated for dealing with the natural oil layers on hair (stripping the stuff out) and hair IS technically a textile... not unlike cloth... If you want a recommendation based on efficacy for price, you can get a pint of VO5 "Extra Body" shampoo for about a dollar, and it's an effective "plain shampoo" meaning that it cleans but doesn't replenish much oil or other hair strengthening agents... It won't clean quite like Purple Power or Industrial Degreaser, but it can certainly help in a pinch when you don't really have degreaser on hand. ;o)

Use my straightener on highest setting and never have i burned my hair off. How does that happen
It must have been designed so that the highest setting isn't too hot.

5:25 Can someone give her my email please?
Just go to a bar/store/gym and pick up a woman like a normal person. It's not hard.
@@rowenkylee5627 I'm guessing humor is among the many concepts in life which you do not grasp. Good luck to you.
