Watching the gauge numbers (which are not shown in this video) he clearly did not speed leaving the pits and had every right to complain about poor officiating. Did not need to flip the enforcing official the bird, but he had every right to scream and curse into his radio.
Pit road speed is measured by electronic timing. The cars during the parade laps run at pit speed (usually a bit lower than normal caution speed) and then index the RPM and gear for when they come in. NASCAR measures speed based on the segments/sections which are the white lines across the whole pit lane. They’ve nailed people for being .1 of a MPH over. So even if his gauges were right, he might have accidentally hit it too much and caused the penalty. He didn’t do himself favors by flipping the official off serving that penalty.
Nicholas Benge I know full well how pit road speed is measured. He did NOT speed in this video. They clocked him for absolutely no reason here. As I said, he didn't have to flip off the official, but his cursing and complaining was more than justified. In this instance, as is the case pretty much all the time, he did not break any rules.
Kyle Busch (#18) was involved in a spin that brought out the caution flag and pace car (some motorsports call it the safety car). He’s trying to stay on the lead lap. To do so the 18 has to hit the white line before the pace car passes the blue mark on the wall. If the 18 doesn’t make it he’s scored one lap down. The 18 was caught speeding on pit road (which has a reduced speed for safety of the crewmembers) and was forced to give the lap back because the 18 would not have beat the pace car otherwise.
"We can load it on the lift gate." Translation - "I'm gonna take my toys and go home." I was with him until that. What a freaking crybaby. He knew he was taking a chance trying to beat the pace car. So he gets called for speeding, big deal. Take your penalty and go on.

I'm going to say something I wouldn't have said before-Maybe, at times, I've been too hard in Kyle Busch. Whether somebody hates me for saying that is their decision. The fact here is that Kyle Busch did an absolutely amazing job on keeping his Car from going into the Safer Barrier. I don't blame him one bit for being upset! However, that Left Middle Finger of his didn't do him any favors. I don't blame NASCAR Officials for penalizing him two laps. Kyle Busch sure be quick on the trigger (or in this case, the Middle Finger!), but that really cost him! Even his Crew Chief is enraged at him! Hopefully, nowadays, he isn't doing that anymore.
I have to say, unfortunately, I read something on the internet yesterday (April 1) forgot it was April 1 and fell for the it, probably because I wanted it to be sooooo true. The story was that Joe Gibbs Racing fired Kyle Busch. First off, I didn't read the whole article and secondly I bit on the idea that Gibbs was pissed at Busch for winning the Xfininty race at Texas after he told him not to.

In my humble opinion, as a 35+year NASCAR fan ( my first Cup race was the 1979 L.A. Times 500 at Ontario Motor Speedway ), THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE DOWNFALL OF NASCAR. I cannot think of any other major sport where a competitor can FLIP THE BIRD to an Official and still be allowed to compete -- in that event or EVER AGAIN. That NASCAR didn't park " Rowdy " ( why that nickname ??? Because they can't call him SHITHEAD on TV ) for THE REST OF THE SEASON, is a true shame. If that had happened at my local short track, that driver would be kicked out for the rest of the season, THEN he would have to BEG to be re - instated the next season. That poor NASCAR Official should have walked right out of the track -- peeling off his firesuit along the way. NASCAR disrespected that official by not parking Kyle. Most of the Cup officials are volunteers anyways; they love the sport and accept payment in airfare & hotel rooms. That official was only following orders from Race Control, and he deserved better. NASCAR used to have the guts to stand up to the drivers, whether they are Champion or Rookie. Nowadays they are SOOO desperate to have SHITHEAD in the race, they even made an exception for his injury & missed races, so he could " win " a CUP Championship. This LACK OF CREDIBILITY is obvious to most any observer, and is only made worse by NASCAR's lame " Chase Format ".
One of the most accomplished drivers in Nascar and he needs to go back to qualifying school? Maybe take anger management classes but lets face it, Nascar loves controversy and few people are more controversial than Kyle.
Kyle Busch is respected and well liked by his fellow drivers and crew members. Why are you doing these negative videos? You should do some research and find out what's really going on in NASCAR. Thank you

The last place you want to be near the finish line is right in front of Kyle Busch. 100% of the time he'll spin you out of his way and then blame you for being there.

First off, I didn't read the whole article and secondly I bit on the idea that Gibbs was pissed at Busch for winning the Xfininty race at Texas after he told him not to.
i will never say i hate someone so i dislike Kyle Busch but damn was that great!!!!!! Give it to em Kyle!
"We'll apologize for Kyle" Why, because he's a crybaby punk?
Yep a "crybaby punk" worth about $50M more right now than you ever will be
@@Realitygetreal wooo!! Who didn't figure that? You should be a scientist smart guy!
Yeah, he often throws a tantrum like a child.
Occasionally it is humorous, but the day he retires will be my favorite day in Nascar history
My dad was at the talledega superspeedway when Rusty flipped in the infield, he said that after Rusty got out of the car the crowd started to boo him, that's how hated he was
Always thought this was funny how he said it goes against the constitution
Another reason I don't watch NASCAR any more all I have to do is watch 5 minutes and its change the channel time.
Me being 61 or not I'd give Anything to have Joey Logano's FORD and anyone say I couldn't Pass him. I live to Go Over the Edge and bring it Back . Tony Stewart it's too bad that N.Y. Gov. Cuomo tore down "The Moody Mile" the 2nd Oldest Mile in the U.S.A. 1st time there October 1969 at 12 , I never was the Same !
That one finger salute just shows how immature he really is.
He needs to be held responsible for his actions. About time NASCAR does something that should have done for several years.
Something a liberal would say. I bet you voted for Hillary.
I agree!
I could not have said it any better come on nascar man up 👍👍👍👍👍
Kyle Busch, the quintessential snowflake.
Martin truex jr. Is the same
Kyle should get "tapped" every race.
Add Martin Truex to that group
It's about time they started cracking down on those drivers
This was 2010
He should have flipped them off with both fingers. Maybe would have got 4 lap penalty
I think on a different replay on a different video he did do both fingers.
or even better --- being parked
Kyle Busch should not be allowed to race in Nascar they need to send him back to qualifying School.....
Why?
One of the most accomplished drivers in Nascar and he needs to go back to qualifying school? Maybe take anger management classes but lets face it, Nascar loves controversy and few people are more controversial than Kyle.
They need to send him to obedience school.
Katrina Paton Kyle is whining about real tracks, I want to see him in both the 24Hrs of Nurburgring and 12Hrs of Sebring

Kyle Busch is respected and well liked by his fellow drivers and crew members. Why are you doing these negative videos? You should do some research and find out what's really going on in NASCAR. Thank you
Keep trash talking and flipping officials off I think it is working for you.
Many of the people that have posted on Kyles conduct have never raced. I personally have felt all the emotions that Kyle feels and wears on his sleeve.Just a hard competitor nothing more.I probably like him cause I see a lot of my competitive nature in him.He actually is developing a legion of fans and I'm one.
Maybe Kyle should go to his next costume party as a "whino."
If Dale Sr made that jester everybody would been pissed if nascar parked him.
Gesture.
There's a big difference between Sr. and Busch. Dale was a "respected" racer. He could take it as well as dish it out. Busch on the other hand, is nothing more than a spoiled crybaby. Besides, Busch isn't even good enough to be a pimple on Sr's butt.
The thing is, Dale wouldn't have done it. Case closed.
Smoky Bear yea he would've, especially since dumb new rules have came and gone since Sr's passing, dumb call on Nascar to do that, lots of other drivers have done stuff like this before
Sr. or Jr. would have never been parked... NASCAR kept them happy with rule changes to keep Chevy out front. Jr. just couldn't capitalize on it...
Stand up to who? Nascar officals? The people you work for?
So... his idea of "standing up to them" is to give that childish, ignorant middle finger salute. Did he really think he was going to get away with something as childish as that? This is just another reason why he has so many haters.
Servers kyle Bush right. What comes around goes around
Timothy McGinnis particularly is racing.
Kyle needs to get out of NASCAR
if I was in charge he would be parked until Horniday wins a championship because he INTENTIONALLY wrecked him out of one under yellow
@@riverdealer and Ron hornady wrecked him 4 laps into the race
Unsportsman like? In racing!
MickeyMouseCar strikes again.
What the hell wasn’t Kyle’s number #5?
When he moved to Joe Gibbs Racing, he was given the 18. The number 5 was owned by Hendrick Motorsports.
I dont understand that rule
The last place you want to be near the finish line is right in front of Kyle Busch. 100% of the time he'll spin you out of his way and then blame you for being there.
just like Dale Sr., but that was ok Right? NOT
NASCAR let Dale senior get away with a lot of stuff the other drivers wouldn't be able too only because of one thing$$$$$$$$$ everybody went to see you then the Intimidator rather you like them or not
KB number one flog in all of nascar, that’s big considering the existence of Tony Stewart.
The only way he can be beat, France holding him in the pits!
