Former WWE, WCW, TNA, Celebrity Championship Wrestling & Hogan Knows Best Superstar "Nasty Boy" Brian Knobs talks about the infamous incident where the was a bar room altercation with Ken Shamrock that let to a hotel beating of Shamrock when he broke into the Nasty Boys room later that night where the future UFC Hall of Famer ended up in the hospital due to severe injuries.

You just can't carry the weight Knobbs does in your 50's. WWE needs to bring some kind of post wrestling health cover. The number of guys who don't see 60 is astounding.
Brutus said they made up recently and there is a pic around of them but Luke also said that they aren't really close anymore despite what Brutus says either. That was over some stupid thing involving Brutus's wife so he really screwed himself over on that one.

I loved the Nasty Boys as a tag team but what they did to Shamrock was off the rails! They were fired and suspended repeatedly for their antics.

I'm fascinated with this story, never too big on the Nasty's or Shamrock... But I always enjoyed Shamrock's work and he is a legit tough guy. I also live where Ken was born and had no idea until a few years ago. I also found out that Vinnie Mac had attended the boys and girls club in my hometown when he was very little, which was torn down a few years ago to make room for the "New Sonic" which only moved down about 5 buildings... Also locked eyes with Benoit at the airport in ATL about 6 days before that terrible incident. Welp, that's my life in summery. XD

He may be repulsive but he is telling the truth. Listen to Col Parker's version and you will realize Knobbs isn't lying here. Knobbs had actually passed out in his room when Shamrock stormed in and jumped on top of him and started to pound him. Saggs who was on the phone with his wife knocked down Shamrock with a blow to the back of his head. Saggs then proceeded to maul Shamrock and Parker said there was blood everywhere and he couldn't even recognize Shamrock. Saggs freaked out thinking he had killed him but Parker made him call 911. Meanwhile, Knobbs got up next morning without the slightest idea of what had happened and found Saggs cursing himself just like he said in this interview.

The Shamrock incident was somewhere between 86-88 I believe so yea over 30 years ago.
It was in October 1990
It was Sags who destroyed Shamrock. Knobs was unconscious from the pills and Colonel Parker saved Shamrock's life cos Sags was going to throw him from the window. Shamrock's ego is so bruised from this incident that he doesn't even remember the name of the person who saved his life.
