I enjoyed that, sad that Goth has been connotated with evil, it's about the loss of the soul and its longing to return to the light, but somehow ignorance has won the claim to perceive it wrongly.

Originally it was constructed through the church only like everything, it get misconstrued somewhere by someone and ignorance gets a foothold.
Yin and Yang. People often forget that basic philosophy.
I'm sorry but I don't see what connection you're alluding to, I fully understand the yin/yang concept, but I don't see where Goth ties in with it.
Yin and Yang are forces that work together in harmony whilst under the opposite of influences, but Goth is just a representational condition of its own, that representation being (as already stated) the loss of the soul's original condition, it's just a centuries old style that began it's journey under the church and out of ignorance has now become wrongly familiarised with evil.
