As of today, Tableau has a feature to copy formatting from a worksheet and paste into another. It really speeds up the process. To do that, just right click on the worksheet tab (bottom of the screen) and "Copy Formatting"
Hey there i am also facing same issue like few stated above related to csv file, for me as well it shows more than 18k rows and 9 columns I have followed same steps thrice, its still the same Can you upload your dataset on your github link
Hi, the dashboard is pretty amazing. Learned many new things todays. Also about spatial files and more :D I have a request. Usually when we are prepping for job interviews or even working in a job, we do know how to create what chart and how etc., what is most important that's expected out of us is the business case. What will you do with this data now. Can we also have business case discussed before or after? Ex- what do we infer from the insights we see, who is our target audience(or stakeholder), what recommendations do we have based on our analysis via these charts.
Hello, sorry for this too late reply but if you follow the steps correctly, you will get the exact dashboard as here we are using many files at the same time :)
After downloading the Excel files, how did you import them all into the spreadsheet? I don't have any more options on my page. :(( it only takes one excel sheet
heat maps of geolocation in relation to positions paths of population of data is generated and accessable to map the rate of spread and geolocation of infected individuals areas to avoid bluetooth location and cell tower data
Why i am getting two states with same name ? for example Madhya Pradesh , Madhya Pradesh*** I did the same steps as mentioned used data blending (.shp file ) still there are some columns with name Cases being reassigned to states can someone help me out on this matter ?
hyy, how can I bring my shape file to the worksheet since when I click more it only gives me 3 options Google drive, OData and web data under installed connectors? Please help on this
Hello Ivan, normally when you want to import new data, you select data then new data connection, after that you get the options as a blue window, whithin the blue window where excel, text, CSV ... are listed, you click on more on the bottom and it automatically opens your local working directory where you have saved the shape file :)
Hello Ananya, once you click on link 4, you can download the zip file( download button on the upper right side), once you have downloaded the file, unzip it in your local working directory and continue with the steps described in the video :)
hi thanks for the awesome video once again I am not sure why my numbers for Confirmed, Cured and Deaths seem to be different from yours. For example the highest number for my confirmed goes up to 5 million whereas your highest is only 350K pls let me know the possible explanations thank you!
WOW! Super awesome video! Following! I would love to practice and create something similar for another Country. Could you please help me to find the right datasets for US or any other country with large population? I am new to this and trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you in advance!!!

in video you are showing the 3 attachements but visulazastion purpose you have connected the n no of files and same file weather your download its not showing in video . 1. for line graph you are using the dual axis concept but why axis its not synchranised ? 2. you have connceted to the n no files but you are not using the any join or releastion ship .for individual graph you are using the saparete data sets ? is it useful in real time ?
Hello Ramesh, and thanks for the remarks. 1. You see, I said if we synchronize the axes, the third line will be so low that it can be ignored, thus, I used multiple values in the filters and dual axis to show that the three curves have the same shape. 2. By definition, we use joins and relationships when we need to join tables, in our case, the charts are independent to each other, thus, using many files does not always require using joins or relationships.
Hero. The one who teaches well and without interest. Thanks
Thanks a lot Luis! I really appreciate it!
