These are really good! One tip: When mixing flour with water (and the onion soup mix), put the dry things in the bowl first, then slowly add the liquid. Stir while adding to make a slurry, or paste. When the flour/soup is nice and wet, then add the rest of the liquid. That way you don't get the clumps floating in the liquid, and you don't have to waste time squishing them to make them dissolve. I like the braising, the built-in gravy, and the final browning and crisping of the skin. Totally good stuff!
