Each sign ruled by a planet. If you know your rising sign, you can Google what planet rules that sign, than look for the location of that planet in your birth chart:)
The planet ruler for the first house is Mars. Aries is the starsign for the first house. So if it's scorpio rising... Mars and pluto rules your first house.
You mentionned scorpio has two rulers but in your analysis you talk about the ruler placement as if there was only one knowing that mars and pluto placements impact the person in different ways. Your analysis is soooo not valid!
