truth is most companies will not take chances on new grads due to lack of experience hence why the number of open roles is so high and companies are desperate for people with actual in-house experience , people who run the companies will not take a chance on new talent due to risk of loss for the company since a lot of people iv'e seen over the years can talk the talk but can't think for themselves under stress in the company hence people get laid off and or outside the box via to put actual effort in for themselves and or the company as a whole unless they have some sort of deep background experience via knowing someone to work part time at a company or etc. people expect things to be handed to them now adays without putting in the work or mental effort to think in the long term and ahead.
