just wear at least 30 spf on your tattoos if you're going to be out in the sun. or keep them covered. also there are plenty of tattoo enhancement lotions/creams that will prolong the color and vibrancy.
Brand new tats can NOT be in the sun. Once healed, you HAVE to keep them covered for atleast 6 months from the sun. Dont forget, ur body is also trying to push the ink out bc it technically doesnt belong inside the body / skin. If u pull the tat out in the sun sooner, it can fade and turn a blueish color instead. If youre inside a building thats cool no worries but outisde during the summer, u gotta cover it for a bit. After that then you're good to show it off whenever u want
