Have a great time! I have been to England a couple of times and Edinburgh once, but those travels were before I started knitting and crocheting. Would love to go back and attend that festival and hit the yarn shops.
thank you so much! I enjoy your little story and I am still waiting for the next episode! I was smiling when you spoke about a place to live, and you mentioned southern France. I live in a little remote , wild and beautiful spot in southern France, no tourists at all! next year , perhaps, I could go to EYF and meet all these lovely people I know only through podcasts. Enjoy the festival!
As a Scot living in Scotland, it's amazing and thrilling to me how excited about EYF everyone is. I live 1 hour away, but will be night shift all 4 days.... again! So fingers crossed for next year and hope to see you there. Thank you so much for this and for allowing us to share in the excitement. I've already exacted my revenge on the fact I can't go by buying some indie dyed yarn for exciting future projects! Someone yesterday reposted a photograph of your new shawl design and it is staggering!!! Much love X
What a beautiful record of your journey here! Feeling happier about my own travels up to EYF today after watching this. Hope you got lots and lots of sleep after the looooooooooooooooooooooong flight and that you're having a tremendous time xxx
Hi there....., great day 1 of your journey. I wanted so much to go this year... can’t wait to see your travel experience. Thanks for taking us with you ❣️
The government of Ghana has declared 2019 The Year of Return for Africans in the diaspora. It is with the intent of eliminating barriers to citizenship. I fell down the expat rabbit hole last year, lol.
Touching to hear this conversation about where to live and why. If you end up moving to Europe, come visit Amsterdam and I'll do a yarn crawl with you. @friendoblu
You need to stop inti the little local yarn shop that has the green store front directly across from the bus station.. She is the nicest lady. And iss a dyer too...
I love Mr. BB’s calm, steady energy... he reminds me of my Mister 😊😊
