I love the message about our Lord and Savior. Anywho, try to implement intermittent fasting into your daily routine and try to at least workout 4 days a week. Don’t overthink it. I know you’re a foodie but you don’t have to stop eating what you like…. Moderation is key. When it comes to working out… stick to what you love. (Walking and bike riding) You got this sis!!!

I heard that Walmart is going to start charging people with a annual yearly fee to use the self checkout counter I'm not sure how much they're going to charge I guess it depends on what county the people live in because they are finding out that people are not scanning all of their groceries they are actually selling the groceries instead of scanning them to pay for them have you heard anything about this
