Hiroyuki Sanada is simply awesome. He elevates the quality of the whole film every time he is on the screen. I always feel he does not get enough credit for how great an actor he is (think of Twilight Samurai, Wolverine, Wu-Ji, The Railway Man, 47 Ronin and on and on)

I love Hiroyuki Sanada. He is an amazing actor and I really REALLY hope they use him more than in just 15-20 minutes of the sequel. He deserves that and Scorpion was easily one of the best in this film. 💛 And while I also love how they focused more on his skills as opposed to his powers, I would like to see more fire as well. But as a first in hopefully a trilogy, I see a lot of potential when it hopefully succeeds and they can have a bigger budget to play with. This movie obviously suffers from a less than optimal budget and I think they got it mostly right as it could've been muuuch worse if it was in the wrong hands. So ya, I stand by what I said, it's much better imo than previous efforts and while it has it's flaws (cole wasn't really a great idea) it's still an insanely fun movie and I know I'll be watching it over and over again.

I love Saibot and i really want to see him too, but honestly I think Joe Taslim is perfect as Sub-Zero he brought amazing energy to this character and I don't want another actor for Sub-Zero. But in the sequel Joe probably will become Saibot and they will choose someone else for Kuai Liang 😢

I like how Hiroyuki Sanada was given only few seconds , because if he was given a few more seconds, he would've stolen the whole show , he would be star of this video. He is like the Sun , so bright and beautiful only can be seen for a few secs.

They intentionally cut Johnny Cage out....because he is white...and he didn't want "a white character being the hero that saves the world." The actual quote from the director. The director is a racist piece of crap, who somehow thought that Johnny Cage was the main hero...no Liu Kang, and thus needed to cut Johnny out and replace him with OC Cole.....
if you signed up on March 31st you would’ve got Snyder Cut + Godzilla vs Kong ( 31 days ) + Mortal Kombat ( 24 days ) It was too good of a deal and probably a reason they had to delay the movie
If anyone got HBO Max when the Snyder Cut came out, they would of had a good deal with three big movies coming out, that’s probably why they delayed the MK movie to April 23

It was too good of a deal and probably a reason they had to delay the movie
If anyone got HBO Max when the Snyder Cut came out, they would of had a good deal with three big movies coming out, that’s probably why they delayed the MK movie to April 23
Interestingly, MK11 came out on April 23rd, 2019. I wonder if it is just a coincidence that the game and movie are being released on the same date or could something else be coming for the game.

Casting choice was great. I absolutely loved the movie. I think Cole Young ability is a bit cheesy but still, fantastic! Can't wait for the next one.
