I enjoy your videos and the music in the background. Thank you for sharing your life with us. That must been a great dinner with Jon Taffer and his wife. thank you again.
That’s totally cool, love Jon Taffer and Bar Rescue, was just at Chilleen’s on 17 in Black Canyon City, AZ (the episode with a horse in the bar), a few months ago looking at a house nearby. Cheers 🍻
The footage in the beginning setting anchor...a good demonstration of how much work is involved in connecting the bridle. Only one Roger Out, but I guess that's better than zero Roger Out's.
What a difference from the previous adventure, wow! I didn't know about Jon and his wife since I haven't watched TV in many years, but they seem like regular folks. Cheers, Rik Spector
land pirates from missouri on board - no press gang needed sign us up cheers - the food looks good better than mc nasty we get here in the boonies - i miss good place to eat even a burger is hard to find now
Hey guys! Love the show and have been learning a lot. I only have a 24ft Cuddy Cabin that I attempt my adventures with and the size may be insignificant for this question. What was Mrs Lyn doing with the extra ropes on the anchor?
So interestedly, Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon is apparently only sold in MA and CA. I've got a list of stores in MA where it's sold around the Springfield, MA area. I'll try to pick up a couple of bottles for the holidays to give to friends and family that are John Taffer fans. You're show might actually help give Taffer Bourbon a holiday sales boost! Imagine that!
Correction, Massachusetts and Nevada. Apparently, this are tow states that are generally used for test markets. I bought 5 bottles, 1 for me, 1 for my son, three for friends. The CT/MA state line is only a hour away. If I like it, I can scoot up to the MA line where there are three stores that I know carry the label. Are you trying any of his cocktail recipes? He has about 10+ recipes listed on his website. Have you tried any of them? Or are you drinking it straight up or straight up on the rocks? Merry Christmas!
Gotta ask why don’t you have a proper flag pole on your pulpit there’s a slot for it on the pulpit. That flag on the rail does not match the Hatteras. Great boat and content I grew up on a 1985 53ed
Very cool, I watch bar rescue all the time.
Great show! And the Taffers are fantastic people.
OH MY GOSH! You are famous! Love that show and him....
It is a really fun show!

Jon Taffer OMG! I watch his show all the time!
He's a very nice guy. As is his wife Nicole.

The trip is over but we have many more videos planned for this season. Live Tuesday night!
My parents used to live on Riverside Dr on the river about a half mile north of where you were anchored. Beautiful place!

I am glad I finally got around to filming Lyn throughout the process.
That's awesome you got to meet them!! I bet that was an awesome conversation with both of them.

It was definitely an exciting year!
It seems like yesterday that we started the trip with you. Hope we can join you next season.
That would be great!
Great video and thanks Ed and Lyn for that song by Violet Mourning. Never heard it before but it's good.
I think it was the second time we used that song.
Great video

She was setting the bridle. It takes the pressure off the windlass and gives it to the cleats on the bow.

I can only get it when he sends me a few. Wish it was available in Pa.

So far, just drinking it straight or in an Old Fashioned.
Hey guys, looking to purchase 1984 68ft Hatteras Motoryacht. Wanted to know who you use for insurance. Keep the videos coming
We use Boat US (Geico) but I hear they are not easy to get anymore.
Nice short video I must lead a very sheltered life because I never heard of Bar Rescue or those people LOL
Thanks. It's their 12th season!

We do. You can see it in some of our videos. We just don't use it much while traveling.
What kind of boat is that at 6:07?
I don't know but it looked cool.
