INGREDIANTS.
1 egg.
50 ml of oil.
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
pinch of salt.
200 grams of flour 00.
10 gr of baking powder.
zest of 1 lemon.
juice of 1 lemon.

So easy. I would recommend that the dough be refrigerated for longer to help with rolling the dough as well as develop the lemon flavour.

Not just good, this recipe is great. I will also try it with lime juice and another time with orange juice. Thank you for sharing this easy delicious recipe.
What about the oil? Usually you could taste the oil in 🍪 that's why i prefer butter.

@@fadomn193 Use a very neutral or bland tasting oil like canola oil for general baking. Do not use strong tasting oils like virgin olive oil, sesame, coconut or avocado oils unless they are specifically called for in the recipe.
Most all standard grocery shop bought baked goods are made using vegetable oil. You will taste Olive oil so don't use that. You want common zero taste oil. Hope this helps.
