My health teacher decided to jump on this bandwagon and put on a presentation for our class about the dangers of music. I was introduced to bands like 'The Mentors' and 'WASP'. Two bands I never even heard of. I went to the record store the next day to look for the albums.

Here's an idea. Let children see and here whatever. If they are too young to understand, they won't get it anyway. If they are old enough to understand, they are already old enough to understand. Teach kids instead of dropping them off at some daycare or babysitter and you wouldn't need some rating system. But Zappa was too smart for imbeciles. Donny was right, also. Rating them just put flashing neon signs that said HEY, this one is going to be HOT!

If you actually read the comment all the way through he literally said "Teach kids instead of dropping them off at some daycare or babysitter". What he said only pertains to music, not to parenting as a whole.
