I hate that female superiority kind of agenda the show was trying to make a point of. I think at times she wasn't particularly likeable, mostly just because she was too stubborn to see other people's perspectives.

I guess I’m just the only one out here that thinks that living up to Lexie’s fantasy is in no way Meredith’s responsibility. I really try to like Lexie because everyone else does and she’s just so beloved by the fandom at this point that I feel like I have to. Meredith hated her dad but he was not the probleme her mother was yet she always forgived her, she was the one who cheated on her dad had another child gave her up, almost killed herself because of her AP not leaving his wife ( Meredtih called 911) always made sure to tell Meredith she is not good enough and never will be. Yes her dad was not there but even now in almost every divorce ends with the mother getting custody and if she wants to make sure the dad is out of the picture she makes up some abuse story and there goes the visitation. Meredtih needed theraphy a lot of it i still wonder how the hell she managed to become a doctor when she was mentaly so unstable she always ended up in situation where she almost died she only became a doctor because she was expecting that her mommy would love her after that. Lex only wanted to know her and she and her bestie treated her like every bad thing in M. life was her fault

Maggie and Amelia came in when Meredith needed them the most. So, it's unfair to say that. I didn't like Maggie that much, but she did good as a sister to Meredith.

Meredith and Lexie’s relationship grew so much!! I don’t think Maggie wasn’t meant to replace Lex, but her and Mer do not have any sisterly chemistry whatsoever. I despise it.

She had the right to not want anything to do with Lexie, to not want to be her "sister". But Lexi3 didn't have a right to force Meredith into that role and blame or "forgive" her for not fulfilling it.

2. Mer and Lexie so far during this season didn't have any sisterly relationship so far, so there was nothing to "screw" anyways.
3. Christina has her own ways of doing things. She's not Izzy whom I'm pretty sure would've done what you said and tried to find a way.

I guess I’m just the only one out here that thinks that living up to Lexie’s fantasy is in no way Meredith’s responsibility. I really try to like Lexie because everyone else does and she’s just so beloved by the fandom at this point that I feel like I have to. But most of the time I find her so grating and exhausting and just generally very pushy when it comes to Meredith and her entire circle of friends.

Wow the difference between how Maggie accepted Meredith and Lexie... I’m not comparing who’s better, but when it comes to how Meredith treated them, Mer did nothing wrong with Maggie when she first came, not like Lexie. Maggie gave up immediately and hated Mer just because arguments about work that she made it personal even tho Mer didn’t know who she is. Also, Maggie always makes EVERYTHING about herself. When Mer left after Derek died she said she felt abandoned??? The women is trying to cope in a world where her husband is not with her! It’s not about you..
Meredith hated her dad but he was not the probleme her mother was yet she always forgived her, she was the one who cheated on her dad had another child gave her up, almost killed herself because of her AP not leaving his wife ( Meredtih called 911) always made sure to tell Meredith she is not good enough and never will be. Yes her dad was not there but even now in almost every divorce ends with the mother getting custody and if she wants to make sure the dad is out of the picture she makes up some abuse story and there goes the visitation. Meredtih needed theraphy a lot of it i still wonder how the hell she managed to become a doctor when she was mentaly so unstable she always ended up in situation where she almost died she only became a doctor because she was expecting that her mommy would love her after that. Lex only wanted to know her and she and her bestie treated her like every bad thing in M. life was her fault
