For what it is its pretty good, I have have a few suggestions oh how to make it better, First consitancy is key having half illistrations and half official sprite work can clash with the general appeal, so stick to one or the other (preferably hand drawn) These next 2 things arent as important but its just my view of it, instead of using snick, (a scrapped/secret character) use somone like mr. stick or gerome to fight against pepperman And finnaly the fake peppino and noise has so much potential , so it would be cool if fake peppino was absorbing the noise or melted together rather then just them being side by side. (Its a good cover idea, i cant wait to see where this goes)
