The concert commenced with - " EnnOvidhamula Avataaramulethi Endarini Kaavaledo O Raama", the wonderful " Kambhoji ' composition of Bhadrachala Ramadasu (1608-1682) who was so much devoted to Rama and had spent a lot of the state money for the temple in Bhadrachalam while on service as Revenue Officer of Bhadrachalam.. He was kept in jail for the offense, but he continued singing songs in praise of Rama known as Ramadasu Keertanalu. The legend says that Lord Rama came in disguise and repaid the money to Taneeshah( King of Golconda), whereby Ramadasu was released. Most of his keertanas are in Telugu, and some are in Sanskrit. They are all full of bhakti rasa. After the above keerthana Maestro [resented the famous - ""Ravayya Bhadraachala Raama RamaNeeya" with a superb Virutham . The video ended instantly after the first charanam....Swwet melodious rendition by the Guru Late.Nedunuri Krishna Murthy Garu. Pranams to the great soul. So happy to see the Vocalist Malldi Ravikumar, one among the duo Malladi Brothers ( Malladi Sreeramprasad and Malladi Ravikumar ) assisting the Guru.
