Hi Peter are you referring to the moisture content in the honey? It is likely the moisture has just evaporated quicker before capping, perhaps the weather has been really hot? -Kieran
We dont use foundation, this more often used when beekeepers plan to spin frames to help ensure they are strong enough to withstand the RPM. We use a comb guide which promotes the bees to build 100% natural comb in the brood box, of course ensuring this is nice and straight in order to inspect each individual frame as required. -kieran

Hallo. I am wondering, if you have any flow frames in a horizontal hive. The only one that I can find is by hydehives, as shown on utube. Under. Natural raw honey bees. Yet Hyde hives are no longer making these hives with flow frames in. I am considering obtaining a Hyde hive , and fitting some flow frames in it. Some advice , please. Are the frames the exact measurement as the Langstroth measurements. I know that they are fatter, but the 3 other dimensions are the same as the Langstroth? Would you supply just the front of the hive box, so that it can be fitted into the side of the horizontal hive? Thanks

Hi from usa my honey is always from 14 to 16 %. Iam in 3 rd bee keeper. I have no idea why its so low. Any suggestions
