If you want your produce to last invest in glass containers. All of leafy green, veggies and fruits all go into glass containers with a paper towel in the bottom. Last for WEEKS. I've been doing it for years. Berries and leafy greens can also go in ball jars.

I know I lost my Mom when I was 9 years old and there is not a day that I do not think of her and miss her and that has been a long time ago. we never forget it just get easier with God's grace and I feel her around me all the time. Kraft makes a Natural Cheese that's Lactose Free. There's several different ones. Polly-O has good string cheese. It's like cheddar & Mozzarella mix..of course Cabot is definitely a good one. Stonyfield Yogurt is Lactose Free..the Oui that comes in the jar has Dairy Free ..Chobani has one. I personally think that brand is sour but some like it..the brand SO Delicious is dairy free..Galbani has a Ricotta incase you need that..Yoplait has one..& Silk. Basically all your zero sugar. Hope this helps.
Counrty Crock Orginal tub is dairy-free if you're looking for a dairy-free "butter" spread. And it is a good price at Wal-Mart.

Cottage cheese with peaches or any fruit is so good and it's good with diced tomatoes
Im sure when you get home some packages have either split open or leaked because you throw your grocery’s into the cart.

Good morning! Lactaid makes lactose free cottage cheese. I get it at Walmart. Game changer.
Our Walmart doesn't have any other lactaid products
Funny thing about cheese balls. My family calls them "bear bait". We went tent camping a few yrs ago, thought we had everything in proper bins, but, oh no....the bear found the cheese balls and strowed them down the road as he disappeared into the woods lol

You can always use goat cheese instead of cow cheese (i.e. regular cheese). Goat cheese doesn't have the lactose!
I have a dairy allergy not lactose and I use cheeps cheese, it’s a bit less pungent than goats. I get one called ossiraty from the same named town in France and it is lovely. No idea if you can get french cheese there.

Hi Amy did you know that you can get tablets from the Dr that people can take to help with a lactic allergy. My daughter inlaw takes it. I think she said you just take one half an hour before you eat or drink dairy products. ❤. @Amy Maryon.
Have you heard of A2 milk It’s suppose to be more digestible, Amy? I guess Holstein cows make A1 mostly. Jerseys, Guernseys, goats make A2. I think it may vary depending on crossbreeds! You might be able to Google! It’s new info to me!

Yes $4 for butter is expensive it's a $1 a stick or 25 cents for a quarter of a stick which is 4 tbsp WOW

Have you tried the Lactaid pills? My daughter is lactose intolerant and she just takes a Lactaid pill before each meal or snack. She is perfectly fine. No need to buy all the expensive lactose free products.

Lactose issue here.. mozereralla, parmesan and Swiss are hurtful!! I can't do any type of cheese.. haven't tried goat cheese
If you can get it try sheeps, much milder than goat. I have diary allergy not lactose and it’s good, doesn’t t Use me my issues.
