Please stay the person you are. You started making videos and now I have a channel to come to when I don't want to listen to plastic noises for 45 minutes. I watch diamond art videos while I'm doing homework and honestly I'm not an ASMR person. I'm autistic and I find packaging noises deeply disturbing. So I'm glad you don't flip though every single packet of drills and im glad there's finally an unboxing channel (that I know of) that doesn't do that.
I couldn't agree more. While the packet noise doesn't bother me, pointing out & showing every packet is so deadly dull & apparently a way to fill time on a video. Please try not to succumb to other content creator's need to do this. Here's hoping you can be different! 😊

Found you over the weekend and now going back to past videos. I totally love how authentic you are. I have been doing diamond painting since 2019. Like you I went crazy with the Diamond Art Club and became a diamond member very fast. I donated a bunch of my paintings that I thought I would never get to in Santorini happened to be one of them. It is a beautiful painting. I also bought the Harry Potter crest for my daughter to do and it’s GORGEOUS!

Hi Ashley, I love the square kits over the round. I seem to have straighter lines with the square drills. I also cover the pink lines from where the perforated plastic was placed on the canvas backwards easily. Some people are using markers or mica powder to cover the pink lines. You’d have to get 2-3 inches from the canvas to see them so I’m not hung up on that. I’m 72 years old. Don’t have time to get hung up on the small stuff. I really do enjoy your videos. Keep them coming. Thanks.

Yes, all mystery kits are squares. Because the canvas is black and white, if it were round drills, you'd see the black and white between the drills. Ignore the colors on the canvas when you do it - the colors are to hide the image. Only pay attention to the symbol.
Girl, I'm with you, I don't care where all the ABs go and I don't need to be shown every color in detail of the canvas. Just showing the pack of drills to get a sense of the color palette is enough for me. I thought I was the only one!

Ok just finished the video. I loved it. (1) You get 15 baggies so definitely not enough to kit up in. I use them sometimes to de-kit but other times I am lazy and toss the extra drills. (2) we have similar tastes in diamond paintings (and while I prefer squares I like to do rounds too so it doesn’t impact my purchase choices). I actually have Warm Witch, Bouquet and In Santorini. I am going to Santorini next summer on a cruise - bucket list destination - so I am saving it to work on when I get back. What a sweet, thoughtful gift for your in laws. Please share your completions!!

I’m with you, the eyes need to be fixed. You can’t go wrong with changing and editing the image, nothing is permanent. Take the drills off and change them until you are pleased with it. “Bouquet” will be so beautiful !

Then title and then keywords in the description. As well as an engaging intro. I’m still working on the intro stuff myself

42:47 mark - I am not a diamond art person, but for that eye issue on the project, can you change the location of the black and white dots in her eye to fix it? So you basically want to match the "better" eye in the project so that it's a mirror image, if that makes sense... subscribed to your account from my husband's YT account so I can watch from his big tv. ha ha ha Barbara
I think the one called bouquet with the slightly crossed eyes is because she’s turned her head slightly. If you put it up on the wall and look at a distance, it might be different. I’m not sure though. It’s been a while since you did this video so I don’t know if you finished it.
Ainefel is gorgeous made up. I have been fortunate and have all the Morales kits so far and Ainefel is the only one I have done. If I could leave a picture on this comment I would.
I’m working in collecting all of her kits! I’m only missing Hades and Persephone, Ajisai, Dragon Spirit, and Chroma! I’m sure they will come back in stock and I will grab them the moment I see them! lol
I’ve done In Santorini for my daughter. They went on a delayed honeymoon cruise to the Mediterranean and stopped In Santorini. It was a joy. I loved the colors. My only suggestion is that you do keep the plastic dust cover. It’s an extra protection and prevents the dust from the back of the canvas. Also, I know you just started but one day your taste may change and you may decide to destash a kit. Having a dust cover is definitely preferable. What is your FB name so I can look for your posts in the DP Florida Residents.

I'm surprised DAC hasn't come out with a log book yet
They have a beta version on their website for items purchased with them but I’m not sure if you can add non DAC kits in there. I will need to try!
