🇺🇦 The Ukraine Experiment: It’s COMPLICATED! My Best Attempt at explaining it!

- The NATO experiment in Ukraine is something that has never been done before. Ukraine is an army that is fighting on the platforms of 20+ different countries. As time goes on, ao does the attrition of not only men, but material. The supply and repair the machines of one nation is enough of a challenge, but for 20+ it is beyond belief.
Smaller nations provided the weapons systems they themselves would war with, may of the larger took the opportunity to clear out an ageing arsenal, all is good and gratefully accepted, but it comes not without complications.
This video is my best attempt to explain some of these challenges and where a sizeable portion of your donations go every month.
Thank you for your continued an faithful support! We need it! 🙏 ⬇️

Well done ,Alie and Hanneke....😊😊😊😊
Brandon,if I may ask and I'll ask again in the next Q&A video as well but does ukraine have a need for mechanics and/or welders?and what are they paid?I asked about soldiers average pay in the last Q&A and to be honest you seemed hurt or conflicted by the question.i ONLY ask because I have a mortgage loan and don't want my family to be left with it,as it is my duty as a man.my mortgage is 800 a month and I would be happy to work for that plus enough to get personal essentials.

Hey bro in arms, you beat me to it. I had a similar question to post here, just that i want to do a (CNC) machinist's job for AFU, just as mentioned ex.g. for these gas canister valve converters here. I have no lowest wage limit besides what's needed for survival at the location. I also have no YT app - thus no live chat available right now to ask directly, so if you get an answer, please let me know in a comment either here or better under any longform video of my chanell (that we can exchange DM). If we could both manage to get a helpful metalwork job in UA, i could accompany and translate for you, at least for the trip or set-up stage (i'm fluent in russian and other languages, largely understand Ukrainian).

logistics may not be sexy but they are one of if not the most important aspect of a military
This is very interesting. Nobody talks about repairs. With limited equipment numbers, you can't have single-use equipment. Thank you for working with these repair battalions and for shining a light on this little reported area of war.
Not boring. Very interesting stuff, thank you for showing. These repair and logistic workshops are better than any NATO bio laboratory you can imagine.
These are real hero battalions. Without them military not existing
💙💛 Thank you for making this video. God bless
Another great video showing how important the things most people don't see are! Logistics is SEXY when you realize how many lives it saves! Logistics wins wars!

great work, Brandon. I admire you. The rest of us, many of us, i mean, do not have your strenght and your resilience. Cheers from Romania.
Making things work. Thanks for showing us the important work that is done.
A lot of it goes unnoticed.
Brandon, you are incredible. Thanks to you, most of the front did not move, a large number of people did not die and a significant number of the enemy was destroyed. Thank you with respect Balibey

Thanks for always supporting Martin. I never don’t notice! 🙏
Thank you for showing the bits people don't see or even think about.
Wanted to say the same.
Didn’t know until I seen it myself. Like everything in life. Woman and war, I’m quite clueless!
@@ukraine_tbic Compared to most of the decision makers and the expert advisors behind them, you are guru. Although it doesn't take much to know more than them.
Thank you Brandon! 🙏❤

This makes me think of the old poem "All For The Want Of a Nail". Lets all do what we can to help Brandon provide those nails. PLUS PLUS
I think I just found something I can do for Ukraine in Ukraine.
From trying to get decent uniforms, helmets and learning about medical assistance to knowing who needs what, how to find it, and deliver.
Brandon you're amazing. 💯
Thank YOU for everything you do and show us. We learn more about the ways Ukrainians innovate, find solutions.

Thank you, Brandon, for all that you do to help Ukraïni to win.

Thanks, Brandon. I'm watching now. As always love from Canada 🇨🇦
Thank you, for showing this to us
Well done Brandon, you have shown, yet again, your ability to recognise a problem and find working solutions. Nobody but Ukrainians could tackle this logistics nightmare and succeed, Most armies provide logistics support for 2-3 generations of the same equipment. Ukraine is providing logistical support for equipment both civilian and military, from many countries, that has been manufactured over a period of 50 years. I don't think any country , or even NATO, apart from Ukraine, could tackle this problem and find acceptable working solutions in real time. This is yet another reason why we need Ukraine in NATO. They have proved time and time again that they are capable of thinking outside the box to find solutions to get the job done.
++ Brandon... You continue to have my support precisely because you fill these critical gaps. I have been on the tugboat for the last month straight, logistics and repairs are the life blood that keeps things in motion.
Brandon starts out buying helmets, now look where he's managed to get!
Long roads to here and maybe, maybe just a few hundred miles to go. 🤞
Who’d a think it. I made my peace with everyone February/early March 22. Never thought I’d still be here.

Great work Brandon.
3:30 - Greeting our international friends! Thank you so much for your help! 🙏❤
It's fine not knowing what they've built at the moment, especially if it's effective. We trust you, and you trust the. We do dosh, you do deliveries. Whether it is materials or money. Keep being the bestest best person being the best they can. 💙💛 🇺🇦
Indeed...
I’m grateful for your support and trust every week almost Lorna! I try my best, sometimes I could do better if I’m honest. Dust ourselves off and go again
Love the crocheted mats for the seats. I said at the start, when equipment was landing from everywhere, that logistics would be a nightmare. I wonder how many shells were stuck in the wrong barrels?
Apparently, even when it's all NATO material, a 155mm shell won't fit every system.
+1 on the crochet.
Made since 2022 or reused it's as important as sunflower seeds offered to a Russian soldier.
Spanish 120 does work so well in American guns I’m told…
Thank you very much!
Thank you Brandon , very interesting. Ukrainians are so smart.
Thank you Brandon! It’s important to show that each person has an impact. Valuable lesson for all people throughout life.

Behind the scenes video and for our eyes only. Rare subject and the reasons are understandable.
A lot of thought went into this poorly constructed yet important video. My dream would be to find a wealthy NAFO donor who would like to switch over and marry them together and I could get out of the middle. That would be very cost/effort effective
@@ukraine_tbic Even professionally made Nafo videos don't get much viewers. I think raw and honest what you do is the way to do this. You presented a lesser known part of army that can't show in a media sexy way what they can do with a little bit of help. Everyone understands by now how good investing in drones and trucks is and at least your viewers understand how effective it is to support also engineering workshops. I hope someone bigger could partner with you. At least you can provide this kind of proof what they do.
💙 💛
Loved this one Brandon I take my hat of to you sir, and have the utmost respect for the guys in the video talented heroes.Slava Ukraine
You put the 'G' in logistics 👌🏽💪🏻
You do a fantastic job under utterly terrible conditions, Brandon. Staying strong AND productive in your situation is remarkable just as it is for those on and behind the frontlines... Slava Ukraine !
Amazing work Brandon.

Thanks a lot for your continued efforts, Brandon.
Awe that was so short but so good. I enjoyed seeing all of the hard work behind the scenes that is being done to help Ukraine win. Keep up the great work team and we’ll keep supporting you. ❤🇺🇦💙💛
Aloha. Thanks for the update.
Has anyone tried contacting these repair equipment manufacturers? Perhaps seeing if they could outfit some groups with tool?

Amazing and detailed information cheers Brandon ..I can’t imagine how much in value terms you have donated to the cause over these last 3 years. It would be great to know? My contributions might be tiny in comparison but I know that you value my small donations and I know and trust you use my donations for the best possible interests of Ukraine. Good luck on your continuing journey.

Great stuff. Cant wait for that "other stuff" to show up on the rubzian TG channels. Great stuff Brandon as always.
Logistics, transport, vehicles, workshops, welding, mechanics, spares, without it, and more, war stops.
Thanks, many many thanks to all non-combat people of the war
Thank you Brandon for all you do! 💖🕊
Thanks, Tina! 🫶
So interesting! Easy to forget that little things, like glow plugs, can render a whole vehicle inoperable if they fail, as I myself just discovered last week!
Wow! So innovative!
Interesting to see the Danish workstations (they were usually called “flatracks” though I don’t know the official terminology). There were so many issues with them that there was almost pity for the Ukrainians when they got donated.
I don’t know much about them, but the boys have adapted them somewhat and getting lots of use for it. No sense keeping it in Randers or somewhere. Get it out and working
👍🏻Brandon!

These FIX IT people are gold. Cheers to all of you! Thankyou all and of course to Brandon
These ukrainian people put our country's to shame they are so hard working in defence of their country ❤
These units do amazing work. Without them, the defenders on the zeroline would be in trouble. In South Africa there is a saying 'n boer maak 'n plan'.... a farmer makes a plan/finds a solution. Ukrainians are innovative.

There's an X amount of quotes about how important logistics are for a military force.
56 seconds ago is diabolical
I think there is a repairline near the Ukrainian and Polish border.
Might be a Polish army station near the border.
What I heard is that all the heavy stuff like APC's and MBT are brought there for repairs.
Probably Rheinmetall is also involved, maybe you can get parts for Humvee's there.
sent you 10 usd godspeed
Thank you!
Thank you very much! You’re a good clam!!
Slava Masa Brigade! Slava the Mechanical Brigades!
This is the content I am yearning for!
Yep
The people in Ukraine running Logistics and Maintenance/Repair are probably some of the most competent in the world right now at 'make it work with what you have and whatever you can get'. Incredible resourcefulness.
Interesting video. This is Ukraines greatest generation.
Plate is visible when you were showing tire station 🏴
Thank you. That was not what I was blocking though 🙏
Call sign Ba-bay ..GeeZe I wonder how he got that name ?!! LoL. Look at that baby face !!! Givem hell son !🇺🇦🔱🌻🇺🇲⭐👍🏽❤️
Great work!
I hope the west will help more and wake up from their dream. Because without involving things will not get better. Slava Ukraine.
You can buy parts hummers from auction for as little as $3500. They are complete, but likely not running at that price. Theres many variations. The m997 ambulance version might be of interest to you. The largest hurdle (& expense) would be shipping them to Europe & getting them to ukraine. Hummer parts are expensive, so this is by far the cheapest option.
Obviously other millitary vehicles are also available at auction, but theyre much more money, $20k+.
The tires can be foam filled, you lose the capability to lower the pressure but it will never get flat.
We tried it, but it doesn't work
@BaLiBeY35 what brand and did it dry solid? I've had great luck with the stuff I use and you can drive until the tires are gone. The only downside is changing the tires
Glow plugs? They are short of bloody glow plugs? WTF? Ukraine is getting 20, 30, 40+ year old equipment and weapons and nobody thought of supplying the consumables?
I read the book (and watched the mini series) Generation Kill and an _"organised"_ military *forgot* to bring TW25B or similar lubricant for the M2 and M19 weapon systems. They didn't bring sufficient batteries for their NVGs. This happened in an organised and structured military with common vehicles and weapons across the branches.
Ukrainian has a hodge podge of everything from so many different nations and their logistics must be an absolute nightmare yet they keep saying *Thank you* and are grateful for the crap some are sending. *FIFTEEN PERCENT* of the equipment that arrived *FOUR MONTHS LATER* than promised for the 2023 summer offensive arrived in a *NON WORKING* condition. Other items needed to be made battle worthy/ready.

its crazy what the us could do and make the abrams better, one change is hydraulic to electric would lower it atleast 20 tons if not more. i dont see us building brand new.. unless armour requires. theyll rip everything out update and add new equipment.
