This is so important. Sometimes I get stuck in an unproductive funk. It just takes a little forward momentum and I'm back on track!

The 1st step has always been the hardest for me when I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I've recently learned that forgiving myself for falling off track and making the effort to at least partially complete tasks have had the most significant effects on my level of productivity.
Whenever I'm behind schedule, I notice that a time-consuming task is more likely to be completed when I work on it in small parts wherever I find time than when I wait for a day when I can complete it in one sitting; that day usually takes too long to arrive and next thing I know - I've missed a deadline. Starting a task I know I can't complete right away used to be frustrating, but I now find it to be much more encouraging and stress-relieving in the long run. I feel more accomplished at the end of the day, and better equipped to handle that task the next day.

Tasha how is your "new normal" routine different than your previous one?
I'd be interested to see how your schedule has changed.
I'm definitely waking up later, well getting out of the bed later.

Sooo off topic, but I am not going to lie, they have the best Family Vacation Vlogs ever, and I know we probably won't get these this year due to COVID... Sigh....

I love all your tips here. I have two daughters, 7 and 11. Obviously I plan my little one’s schedule but regarding my 11 year old, would you recommend she plans her schedule for the most part or is it too early for her? Thanks! 😊

Since I am a (working) mom, it seems I get nothing done. I mean, either I get my work done or the house is clean. Then the house is all clean, I have a guilty conscience about my baby girl... and I don’t want to argue with my boyfriend about taking more responsibilities for her or the household

Hey I know you said this 2 months ago and I don’t know you, but you are NOT trapped to be with someone who refuses to take equal part in caring for his living environment and his daughter
