Problem was Matt was a centerpiece of the show and his absence and void would not have been easy to be replaced. The new presenters are doing a decent/good job but lets be real, Matt is Matt and the Trio defined the show and set far too high standards for others to follow. We were blessed to have him there. His enthusiasm, feel-good ability, spontaneous thoughts and actions, experience and general aura have left a mark. All the best, Sir Matt Stephens, you funky Lad.
Matt Stephens is the Louis Theroux of bike documentaries/videos and I mean that with the greatest respect. I love your content Matt/Sigma. Honest, respectful and full of comedy. He's the 'everyman' and that's what makes him so endearing in front of the camera. Superb our kid!

I’ll admit I started following cycling in the “post-Cancellera” era, but watching old clips of him riding his bike just had a magical charm to it. Then watching this interview... makes me fall in love with this human being. Sad I didn’t get to see him compete, but now it’s time for me to go watch all the old clips of him.
After riding my Specialized Roboix.. (Absolutely Sick bike), I would very likely drop most competitive competition! 40+ MPH. Not bragging, this bike is at the very top in the sport!❤
The algorithm suggested this series to me a few weeks ago and I have been really enjoying it, I'll normally watch an episode while on the trainer and I think this one was my favourite yet. Fabian was the man back when I was watching racing and it's nice to see how good of a guy he appears. As a side note, the video editing that had the voice overlay while the espresso being made was absolutely top notch!
Matt is one of the reasons I now use Sigma Sport for my bits, I do use others but wouldn't have known about their excellent service without links to the vids that he's doing. Great content and the best sense of humour and comedy timing :-)

Great Video! You may joke about the Netflix series, but I bet he would have enough interesting things to say and do, to easily put one together. Very interesting perspective on subjects that many of us chase after every day.
Amongst all the mess that's going on in the world, these videos just bring a bit of normality back. Great to see Matt doing what he does best, which is basically being a great bloke and human being. Cancellara was pretty great as well! Roll on the next Cafe Ride vid 🙂👍

It's been a while since I didn't watch cycling videos. A couple of days ago I watched some GCN ones and Matt wasn't there. Now I come across this channel and I see Matt as a host..
