      Yes. But it is the version we were given at retreat in 1998. I believe you can get the current version of Nam Cho practice from the Palyul Retreat Center in NY. Google that and you will see how to contact them. It will be a bit confusing to find these sections in the current version, but they should be there. I'm sorry that this order of these sections is likely not intact anywhere now. I've found that writing out the practice helps me engage with it more deeply, so you could do that off of the text in video. All best wishes to you!
