Tried this today with normal rice (sona masuri). Instead of soaking rice for 30mins, I soaked it for 20 mins and it turned out delicious. Thanks for the recipe😋

@@sandhyareddy2647 yes, I cooked in pressure cooker but I didn't close the whistle completely and switched off the flame 5mins earlier. The biryani was perfectly cooked. Hope this helps
