She has a deep understanding of both Korean/East Asian style of cooking as well as Western and have a knack of mixing the two together in a way that people from both cultures can appreciate. 3. These characteristics put together really creates her own unique style that really differentiates her from other chefs. These characteristics root from who she is as a person, her background, and her upbringing. So in each dish, she is literally telling a story which is why there is soul in her cooking. 4. She is beautiful.
