This is one of the best ideas! We recently switched to this type of rotation for the last few weeks and our Kindergarteners LOVE it. They look forward to the rotations every day. They know to wear their masks etc while they are with friends so it is still safe. Thank you so much for your ideas.

Those look so fun! How do they relate to reading though, besides the book book, if this is what they do for the reading block each day?

Thank you so much for sharing! I am studying to be an elementary teacher and I enjoy hearing about how you make learning fun for your students and give them the independence to take their learning into their own hands!

I am so happy that I found your channel. I am in my 8th year teaching first grade and honestly, this year has just caused me to burn out. I haven’t enjoyed teaching at all and haven’t even had the motivation to do anything extra in my room or hardly even stay afloat. Seeing your enthusiasm and watching you go throughout your day has reminded me what I like about teaching and has motivated me to change my outlook. Keep up the good work.

Wow, thank you! This year is so exhausting and your burnout is so valid.

Thank you so much for sharing! I currently teach preschool and watching your videos has made me want to try something new next year. I would love to find a district that values play as much as yours! That’s so awesome!!

Will you consider doing an updated morning choice bins or sharing your fav morning choice you've gotten for your students? Im interested in seeing what new things you have gotten for them😊

Question!! I love your teaching style and I am a sophomore in college becoming a teacher myself. So I was wondering, if it is okay with my teacher and you of course, could I zoom in to one of your classes for my practicum hours? I need 45 to carry on in school and I would love to watch one of your classes for an hour!

Do they ever whine if they don’t get their first choice for their morning choice? Or if they run out of time and don’t get to do their morning choice?

I have never had them complain about their morning choice, and sometimes they don’t have time because they take soo long to eat breakfast. But that usually motivates them to eat quicker and not talk as much the next day!

Hey I'm not American so I have an uncommon question. You bought all that stuff for your first grade students, does that mean that you know for sure you will work at first grade for many years? Thanks!!
Everything looks amazing btw! I love it. I work with toddlers now but I'm going to study to become a primary school teacher, and first grade would be my dream job!
