Cause if you look at the bosses' turret placement and recessed design you can see face-like structures, whether or not it was intentional, Ive noticed them too, take the last boss, look above emblem and you'll see an almost open mouth with the turret above it and 2 ports above that at the right place for eyes making look like he's kinda doing an evil smile face
