I purchased this pit boss in November. I already have to replace the igniter. How often do these things malfunction? I would think it'd be years not months.

Exactly. I got one in May and it ruined my 4th of July dealing with those error codes.

Used 3 time bad board and ignitor.

More times than what should be necessary. I'm getting ready to replace mine a 2nd time and it's less than 2 years old. Also had to replace control board and temperature probe. All when it was only a few months old.
Not happy with their product but their support has been great

Used about 10 times. My igniter isn’t 1/4” past the tube and it slides. Poor quality assembly, I hope cleaning and proper setting will fix my error code

I cannot pull the wire through the fitting is too big for tho hole

There's a rubber grommet that makes the hole too small. Once, you remove that, there will be enough room. However, getting the grommet back, in place, might test your sanity.

Lol it did called the manufacturer and asked them they had no clue the rubber grommet was there and this video doesn't show that rubber grommet
