I started off really light and would do 20 minutes of his videos, then I became an actual member and began doing one of his strength sessions 5 times a week (this was after a month, I moved up slowly). Now I have created my own playlists of his videos for different days so I get a little mix of everything. I almost do it every day now because I have a better mood if I do! If you told me that a few months ago I wouldn’t believe you though. On top of this though, eating healthy is key. Healthy eating is 80% of the journey and fitness is the other 20%. I also allow myself to have a cheat meal once a week so I don’t get off track ☺️
