I always love the main lift hill, for the sound effects of the train whistle, and the creaking of the trestle, and the fact you get to wave at everyone
My wife and I were literally talking about our favorite queues at Disney parks this morning and Expedition Everest came up around #4 for us (out of ALL the Disney park's rides in Orlando so that is a feat in and if itself). The ride is top tier also but a good, entertaining queue that builds the atmosphere and lore of a ride? That is some special stuff to us.
@@loveenajain1 There are a couple dark sections that might be a bit scary. We took our two godchildren and the youngest, 7 at the time, liked it but did get a little freaked out at two parts. But that was his first big time roller coaster also. He ended up riding it twice more with me and his Grandpa. The oldest, 15, loved it haha!

Disney coasters are not very intense, and only ONE coaster (R&R coaster) has inversions. I am not sure what they will do for TRON, as I don't see spots to store anything

Originally had a large animatronic that would fully lunge at the train for the finale, but structural issues led to permanent B mode (static figure, with strobes to give the illusion of motion) shortly after the ride opened. There is footage from its opening year that shows the yeti fully functional (albeit in grainy mid 2000s quality)

That is rare! You almost never see the handrail on the second lift in the raised position (usually it is lowered, hidden from view)
