Procedure to unify with the Infinite (your True Self):- Phase 1 (10:16) - Sit and close your eyes. Clear your mind. Go into a meditative state. With your attention, observe your breathing. When a thought appears, let it pass and return your attention to your breathing. Phase 2 (11:30) - Observe your thoughts, body and it's sensations in a unified way without judgement or analysis. Phase 3 (12:36) - Simultaneously perceive your thoughts, body, sensations, and breathing. Phase 4 (13:25) - Simultaneously perceive your thoughts, body, sensations, breathing, and your emotions. Phase 5 (14:07) - Simultaneously perceive your thoughts, body, sensations, breathing, emotions, and sounds (of your environment). Phase 6 (14:25) - Then turn your attention to the visual world.
Way too complex. Simply relax comfortably and empty your mind of all thoughts. Your body will disappear before your thoughts but when human thoughts disappear, only spirit remains. You are God.

I've been practicing the gateway experience for about a year and a half after 6 months I had some pretty crazy visions after 8 months I had weird random words popping in my head while I was doing it like the word ramalik which I have never heard of and when you look it up it could just be a name or a combination of names. Now I head out of body experiences previous to doing the gateway experience so I know what it's like. But something crazy that I happen two times one of them pretty significant well doing the non-physical friends exercises I had a weird pop on the top of my head and it jolted my whole body into the bed which was just different and crazy. And you definitely feel like a electrifying feeling almost like when you get chills as you're feeling the vibrations of energy up to focus 10 and 12 especially for me anyway. But I think overall using it helps me get leveled and keeps me pretty calm throughout my days and made me more mindful.
