    धर्म हिंसा तथैव च:
    "Non-Violence is the utmost duty,
*BUT RESORTING TO VIOLENCE TO PROTECT DHARMA IS SUPREME"*

Darius Said that beyond Amu Darya (Oxus) there is country called Hind(in Persian). Even river Amu Darya was known as वक्षु from that oxus(in greek) came. Afganistan was known as Ashvasthan nearly 500year before present, known for best horses.
So forget river Sindhu as westernmost boundary of India.

Abhiji sir , Pranam ! Thank you for doing these sessions. I have a comment regarding the question for national anthem of India being sung for George V. If one reads the complete poem Bharata Bhaya Vidhata (Bengali poem ) , in third stanza there is reference to chirosarathi (eternal charioteer) and shonkhodhani (sound of conches) which can be associated with Shri Krishna in the Mahabharat war. May be Rabindranath Tagore alluded the term 'adhinayaka' to Him in his poem.

There struggles, glory and all. Names like ajatshatru, bimbisar etc. Why don't we name our kids using Sanskrit names

1:12:04 This is a misconception about the national anthem, caused due to the ignorance of british media of that time. Tagore later clarifies it too in his letters, which can be read in his biography 'Rabindrajbani'. If you read the full lyrics, the song is a praise towards the Paramatma. The metaphors depicting Shree Krishna can be understood in these lines - "Oh! Eternal Charioteer, the wheels of your chariot echo day and night; in the path, in the midst of fierce revolution, Your conch shell sounds."
The misconception arose due to another song sung in the praise for the king at the same event, which the british media wrongly printed as being composed by Tagore, while it was actually 'Badshah Hamara' by Rambhuj Chaudhary.

He writes our history and they have been writing it for years . Actual reason for leaving creep Mohammad ghori was written by them. he was always dressed in disguised manner in his army so it was difficult to find him out.Chauhan rulers even captured him but he became a sharnagat to them and because of khastriya dharma they left him. When ghori again invaded successfully we (solankis) had to leave our kingdom and solankis had to migrate from gujrat to western uttar pradesh in order to save our lives
thanks for mentioning our great warrior Rani here
And yes i think you are write because leaving a invader without killing was not a good policy in a long run

Related to Ramsetu Question @1:01:58 -
Mr. Nilesh Oak has scientifically calculated date of Ramayan war as 12209 BC based on Astronomical references in Valmiki Ramayan.
From Oceanology science, its proven that ocean levels were very lower than today during 12000 BC.
As per their study, the island of Sri Lanka was actually connected to Indian subcontinent & it was not an island at all.
The submerged bridge between India & Sri Lanka might have been built when the sea level rose above ground and it might have become unusable after sea level rose further.
Also, as per Valmiki Ramayan, location of Ravan's Lanka was on the Equator & Prime meridian at that time which went through Ujjain.

Regarding the land mass between Africa and India, few million years ago, it was actually connected. Due to geological activities, Indian subcontinent started moving towards asian plate (land mass) and African plate started moving towards middle East. When indian plate collided with asian plate, it formed the Himalayas, and that movement is still going on (few cm/year) which has been proven scientifically. You can find this information in any standard indian geology book.

Abhijit sir I just want to mention that Jana gana mana song comprises of 5 stanzas all together in bengali language from which only first stanza has been taken for our national anthem and it's translation is available in google also. The controversy is about the first stanza where poet Rabindranath Tagore has mentioned "Bharata Bhagya Bidhata" which means the ruler of the mind of the people. But in the second stanza he mentioned about this ruler is Jano Gano Oikya Bidhyaka (who bring in the unity of the people), in third stanza Sankata Dukho Trata (You save us from fear and misery), Jano Gano Patha Parichyaka (who guide the people through tortuous path), in the fourth stanza Snehamayee Tumi Mata (Oh Loving Mother) and so on. In the last stanza itself he mentioned Jaya Rajeswara (Victory be to You, the Supreme King) which is nothing about any British king but only about mother India (Bharat Mata). In many of his poems, the poet allegorically mentioned the supreme god as king or ruler of our motherland. Hence it is nothing about any British king. I hope sir you will shed some light about it.
