    I’ve been doing that first drill w/ my son/his team for keeping hands back to launch … love that second one … haven’t seen it before. I almost always have them start w/no stride when we first start hitting, so will add the band. Thanks!

      Everyday you hit as a warm up, 8-12 reps whatever you feel like you need
