I’ve been doing that first drill w/ my son/his team for keeping hands back to launch … love that second one … haven’t seen it before. I almost always have them start w/no stride when we first start hitting, so will add the band. Thanks!

Hi when and how many times a week would you recommend doing these … and how many reps/ sets of each … thanks !
Everyday you hit as a warm up, 8-12 reps whatever you feel like you need
This isnt a stab at you by no means. How successful are you at working with kids online by video and not in person.
I have had very good results over the past 6 yrs with my online services.
