On Concord, I'd say that the issue with trying to cater to the infamous "modern audience" is that this audience isn't interested in games with guns, or competitive video games in general. Strange choice to make a hero shooter for them.
When you make a game for everyone, you make it for no one.
I really enjoyed watching the video, the music is a little bit too loud though and it's sometimes hard to hear you. But great content!

That's a fair middle point, there may well be a modern audience but these competitive genre's are just a bad place to go for them
