2007 Volvo S60 V70 Transmission Aisin Solenoid adjustment

Hi Peppermint, I'm about to undertake this job. I had the same issues as you and tried to clean the solenoids but the vehicle became undriveable after cleaning! New solenoids arrive tomorrow. Did this fix the issues you were having? Do you remember the correct ammoutn of turns for each solenoid? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work!

For the correct amount, may want to take each old solenoid individually and unscrew it all the way and count the number of turns - try several times on once until you get the feeling. if you get confident about the number of turns, then can try same on new ones. My results were good except for the 2nd to 3rd upshift which seems to be related to a fourth solenoid not included in the replacement kits. Why are you changing the them? I have a problem with a Volvo 2012 V50 D3 with a aisin Warner geartronic and it has recently developed a jump or a bang going into drive from n/p/R when I put it in drive I get a thud I'm wondering will a software update and a oil change fix the problem taking in mind my particular gearbox is a sealed unit and does not have a fill hole? Any help will be appreciated great video keep up the good work

Buenas noches, cuántas vueltas tienen que tener cada selenoide, mi transmisión cuando va al 3 cambio golpea mínimo, pero cuando regresa el 3 cambio en bajada golpea más fuerte, podría ayudarme
