Comatose Comes Alive
Comatose Comes Alive DVD/CD is the second live album and second live DVD by the Christian rock band Skillet, which peaked at #164 on the Billboard 200. It is the band's first combination CD/DVD of live recording, as their first official live album was 2000's Ardent Worship, a worship album recorded live. The band's first live DVD was the Alien Youth DVD, which featured an acoustic performance. Comatose Comes Alive was recorded on May 9, 2008, in Chattanooga, Tennessee and was released on October 21, 2008. The album is a CD of the concert's audio and a DVD capturing the live show. However, John Cooper's speech after "Savior" is cut from the CD.

Better Than Drugs is my favorite song by Skillet, and the live version draws emotion from me, but the regular version is still my favorite

Beautiful song. God is very much better than drugs.
Gosh I wish I would've been at this concert.. Too sad I'm from Europe and only discovered the band in 2015, John's voice and all the instruments sound so good!
this band gets better with age
i'm not religious in anyway, but i love this band. The lights in the beginning of this song, can play tricks on your eyes lol
We'll miss you Ben
i loooooove the intro the range of levels the guitar does :D
They certainly put on a good set. Nice, in contrast to bands that can't hold a tune live.
Love that intro

@gogotide sometimes they substitute the intro of some songs when they play live. it adds a bit of a twist for the audience, same way extending a certain part or adding a solo to a song that doesn't have one on the album does.
@Puggyz2 That is very true. Jesus is the life of all living things.
2 people were at the concert and didn't see the awesome effects...
