Trucks with Comfortshit have a button on the gear stick that clutches and revmatches automatically. Btw clutching and clutch-kicking are different. Clutch kicking is when someone kicks the clutch to make the rear tires loose traction is drifting.

This is a 16-speed gearbox. You have 2 switches on the gear-stick. One is for the range (visible in the video), and one for the splitter (not visible, usally controlled with the drivers thumb). In LOW range you have gears 1-4 and in high range you have 5-8. The splitter allows for every gear to have high or low. 1LOW is 1st gear. 1HIGH is 2nd gear. It all adds up to 16 induvidual gear ratios. ComfortShift is a button on the gearstick (not visible) that does clutching and rev-matching automatically.

Thirsty when you go from 4-5 you can push the switch without the clutch and drive normally and then when you go just press the cluth and put it in 5
