I loved this video. I'm honestly so shocked that you have low self-esteem. When I watch your videos, I'm always in awe of your beauty and kind personality. It's so surprising to learn that the people you find most beautiful inside and out are the ones who have low views of themselves.
Well my self esteem is way better now haha! I'd say 90% of the time I fully love and accept myself :) I just have some off days now and then, but everyone does too

Caitlyn, I feel you on the social problems growing up... I have always been that way and struggled to make deeper connections with people, but my problem is that I sincerely want those connections.

I think I said "same" about a million times in this video. You seem like such an awesome person, it would be so cool to have friends like you in real life. Since I've become plant-based I've definitely felt a separation from others in my life. And, I, too have trust issues due to similar situations with friends like you've talked about. I'm hyper self-aware which leads to tons of self doubt & anxiety so thank you for touching on those points - it's good to know that there are other people like me out there!
TREVOR HALL! Lime Tree was my jam in 2009! Thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing bits of yourself. I struggle with self confidence myself, and also have a very small friend group. I'm getting better at loving myself (I'm glad you are too!) but I think having such a limited friend group still affects my confidence. Working on it! Your videos are a ray of sunshine! Well basically one semester in school I was soooo busy that I literally did NOT have time to procrastinate...I would wake up early and go to bed late 7 days a week just to study lol. From that I basically reprogrammed myself into getting stuff done as soon as I needed to haha
In my opinion, the reasons you have 50,000 subscribers and counting are, but are not limited to: ...you're positive (even when you're discussing something negative, you're intentions are to push towards a positive resolve); you're sincere; you're vlogs are interesting and informative; and you're charismatic, and just plain talented! I started a high carb vegan diet to improve my cycling and fitness, and this is how I happened upon one of your videos...I was hooked and subscribed then and there! I continue to follow you regularly because I find the info useful and I love to see what you're up to. I find you're mannerisms to be endearing and adorable; and you're personality along with you're good looks make you extremely attractive. Regarding fact #47, I wish you the best of luck finding someone who is as extraordinary as you.

I know this video was a while ago however I'm so happy I watch it. We have a lot in common especially the part where friends turned their back on you and said horrible things. Which to some would not be that big a deal but if you only have a couple friends and they do that it really is hard. ☺️ I'm really glad I found your channel! You have encouraged me so much as I have changed my eating to be plant based. Thanks so much for taking the time to make videos!❤️❤️❤️
You are just darling... your parents are very proud, I'm sure! I very much enjoy your videos and have learned a lot from you. I'm 56 and just went vegan in June. Can't believe it took me this long to find out about the animals! Now just seeing the meat, milk, and egg departments in the grocery store turns my stomach. I haven't had any trouble at all letting go of animal products in my diet: but I do feel guilt about all the very expensive designer handbags and shoes I have...leather, of course. But thank God I know now... I purchased your ebook and love the smoothies! Thank you for all you do to help the world... I hope you keep it up for a long time!

We have so much in common! I was incredibly shy when I was younger and spent my life reading books. I always thought my good memory had something to do with that. I also went to an all-girls private high school!
I work in the service industry too and 100% agree with you that everyone should try it out. Also, Its hard trying to slowly go vegan being around a bunch of meat eaters (i haven't had any in 5 days!) Which to me is an amazing accomplishment. I know this journey will be difficult but its nice to come to your channel for inspiration along my journey!

I make zucchini potato pancakes/latkes all the time and they're vegan! I fry them in a little oil sometimes but the water in them would probably be okay without the oil. So tasty with dairy free sour cream.

I also used to be terrified of mascots when I was younger, especially chucky cheese! Once my dad took me to chucky cheese and had me MEET they guy who dressed up in the costume 😂😂 I was fine until he put it on and I started BAWLING lmao 😂😂😂😂 (I was still pretty young)

I'm off to study abroad in 3 weeks, first in Bordeaux and then Sevilla! I'm so excited but slightly worried about finding vegan options as I know veganism isn't as much of thing in France and I'm not sure about Spain. Loved the video!
